I lurked here for quite a while, but only started posting a couple of months ago. It seems that since Voat has been upside down lately, the traffic has picked up over here, and so it's been easier to stick around to enjoy the party atmosphere.

i am liking it over here. the other places drama was too much and ruined it for me . glad u here and keep commenting so maybe we inspire others to talk more too.

I don't consider any of these sites a necessity of my daily life and I don't make it into a religious experience like some people do. currently I visit Hacker News, Voat, Poal, Minds, Gab, six different chans... and a few others like Reddit. I don't like boxing myself into a one-site echo chamber.
