Isn't keto meatloaf the same as regular meatloaf without breadcrumbs?

I do mustard on the "glaze" instead of fucking around with faux ketchup. Also don't add bacon, I just make patties of this for mealprep.

I also included veal in my meatloaf with the combo you have here. Sometimes people take offense at that. I try to source from a good farmer.

I love my uncles meatloaf. He actually rolls it with shedded cheddar and bacon and onions inside it. It's really greasy but tastes great with the bacon and cheese inside.
