If you look closely at the filename , it is evident Ye planned on using this as his 2024 campaign logo. Shows it's saved as a high-resolution, printable, graphic. Not just some random image he pulled up.
Just bc its a high resolution image means nothing as too what it might be used for in the future if at all. clearly having a saved archive file of images is just good book keeping.
He had it saved in his computer as ye24.psdc
Now, you take a moment and try to pull up a high resolution photo of it off the internet, and tell me whether or not you think great effort went into obtaining it high resolution.
