I'm saying if I wanted to get my message our, I wouldn't buy up the people who already have my message, I would buy up an almost there company who has the potential. If Kanye buys it, there is no guarantee he would continue the give me your phone number bullshit. If he does, then yes, I see your point. If he doesn't, he could make a lot of money and have a free speech platform. He has enough fuck you money they can't take away. If he wants to get back at them, buying something like parler makes sense. Buying gab doesn't.
Parler is a phone app so the phone number isn't optional. It has AI censorship so the app can go in the google and apple app stores.
If Kayne buys parler and decides to discontinue the phone apps and make parler a website that has free speech, I'll eat my shoe.
Are you telling me that you are not allowed to change what you own? If I buy a car, I can change the color, interior, engine, trans, rear, front, etc. I don't even have to use factory parts.
If he wants free speech, he can kill that bullshit on day one, make it beyond a phone app, not require a number, etc etc. The servers and the back end is all the same.

Ok, my bet is that if Kayne buys Parler, which was originally a data gathering honeypot financed by the Mercer family who also financed Cambridge Analytica by the way, he will keep the AI censorship so it remains in the app stores and it will continue to exist as a mobile app that surveils its users.
The only businessman that would buy Parler is in the business of data collection and user surveillance.
We'll see who is right.
