Total bullshit, she should have at least been put on a drug rehab if there was any evidence of pills and alcohol mixed since that is a very potent combination and at least be held accountable for his reputation being tanished since no one believes when someone has been found innocent but they believe the lies that came before that. If she was blacked out, "I've known a few from the 80's including me that could not remember a thing" and because of the blackout she cannot remember a thing then her statement has to be her guessing not remembering meaning her statement was made up, imagined what she thought happened making her lying on that statement being true to the best of her knowledge. Saying blackout means you don't have that knowledge to call, as in you guessed not stated, as in statement, as in you can recall the events or discussion. The audio it seems shows she couldn't recall, or worse, "evil as in setting him up not knowing he was recording it all being wise" just made it all up on purpose. Both make her a liar and that is a felony on a statement as in her committing perjury.
