The driver is clearly in the wrong here, but that's a symptom of (((city planning))), but his reaction is purely his own, his choice, and extremely numale.
HOWEVER none of that is to say that some bikers aren't often greedy fucks on the road, they are and that can't be denied. There's no sidewalk, no bike lane, no parking lane and no pave shoulder. This is a low-T, numale cuckrage by the driver, for no reason. I'd love to see the full video of this that has the biker doing something so flagrantly wrong to earn this type of shove.

That's ludicrous, extremely jewish and wrong.
As someone who drives a lot, bikers tend to often be right in the middle of the road on these small countryside roads and it takes a lot of beeping to get them to notice you and slowly passively aggressively move to let you pass. Not all of them are like this, but it's surprising how may of biketards are complete assholes in the traffic and go out of their way to be a nuisance.
I just thought it was kind of funny. I don't wish harm on the guy.
