I have a used a fence in the past and it has helped. There is just too much shade from the trees. They never grow as plump. I might get 1 or 2 edible ones. I love tomatoes and have taken an interest in canning. I planted some unused ginger roots in one of my beds and they seem to be thriving. I have never grown them before so I will wait and see what they produce. God Bless brother!

I don't know why I didn't think of the trees blocking the sun, my first thought was the roots, long day. Can't wait to see pics of ginger root!! Good luck brother! God is good!
