I will say this, I live in a neighborhood that has numerous retirees from the Army and Air Force. A large number of them around me are older black families. They're very well behaved and have, so far, been great neighbors. Not sure if.its the military that conditioned them or not.
I have a few white acting black friends. Super intelligent (seriously) and they also hate niggers, fauxie, the DS, gates and soros.
Granted, that is an outlier , but just like an honest jew, they do rarely exist.
Old school vets have their shit together due to mandatory IQ tests (ASVAB), mandatory drug testing (heck, even having a messy house will get you a talking to from a first shirt or CO), and getting demoted or fired if they commit crimes.
Anyone held to those standards tends to be functional households.
Def military imo
They are expected to act white and don't subscribe to black culture. This is what all blacks would be like in white countries if there were no jews. Because if they weren't we would deport their worthless asses back to Africa with zero opposition.
A lot of it is the military, a lot of it is the time they grew up in. It was a big deal in the 60s and 70s for blacks to act normal and fit in with normal society. Plenty of them were able to do it. Sure, not that many, statistically speaking, but enough to notice. Blacks don't HAVE to act like retarded baboons (apologies to retards and baboons, but I need some comparison), even if they have the urge and nature. They choose to act like that.
Only 50% of blacks are smart enough to join the military, and the Air Force has higher standards than the military in general. You don't retire from the military if you are the sort of person to stir up a ruckus, you get kicked out. So yeah, military blacks are a higher sort, equivalent to hispanics in terms of intelligence.
