Because I'm used to previous kinds of forums, where you need to repeat what's in the title. It's just a pavlov's conditioned reflex.

I've been online for decades (back in the bbs/newsgroups/irc days) and I've never seen this before.
Yes, it was on bbs forums. I don't remember what brands, but there were some. The title was too small to read or hidden in the open OP, so it was mandatory to copy the text from the title in the OP.
It doesn't really make sense. Poal doesn't have that issue and you've been here long enough to know the post content isn't for the title.
Are you using a bookmarklet to post things? (as @Dima mentioned)
