My white side won't stop making fun of my white Irish side when it comes to american history with how the irish were treated horribly and/or many were slaves themselves early on in america. My white side is acting very evil if not like a total villian right now making fun of my white irish ancestry and how the irish were potato farmers and such. I don't want to sound like I'm virtue signaling for my white irish side because my white evil villian side said they were "potato farmers", but that has me somewhat triggered if not very offended right now.

My irish side doesn't care and just wants me to drop this right now. It's not worth arguing with my evil white villian side right now. I need to go cool off before I get triggered and explode on my evil white villian side. My Irish side keeps telling me to go farm for a bit and get some potatoes for a while because it's just not worth it to get mad over.

I'm ashamed to say it might actually be close to that, we will be having potatoes with dinner every night for quite a while.

It saves on money and I'm guessing you grow them and are self reliant.

It's food at least, but I know I'd get tired of potatoes If I had to consume them all the time myself.

You can do a lot with potatoes but I'm not sure I have enough ideas for this many. I can't say I grew them but a family member did. I plan to do potatoes next year because they are supposedly easy. All I got done this year was strawberries.

I'd have to go with baked potatoes to try to do that myself and/or consume them all the time. Add other stuff each time and I guess be kind of creative.

Potatoes aren't bad either if you mix in with beef and other stuff to as well. I'd have to learn to just consume the potatoes each time if it were mashed potatoes. I couldn't do that all the time myself unless they were mixed with beef or other stuff like that.
