I thought he shut down his 'The Eric Trump Foundation', but I now looked it up and he just re-branded it as 'Curetivity'.

(Eric) Trump is a trustee and executive vice president of his father's business, The Trump Organization, running it alongside his older brother Donald Jr.

He did say organization, so it is likely he is talking about Trump Organization in this case. It is a family business so it makes sense he would say "mine". But you make a valid point, we can only guess which one he is really talking about.
