You are either a American first or you are not a American.

You can be a lot of types of American. You can be an American German, You can be an American Russian.

You cannot be a Russian American or a German American.

Dual Loyalty is similar if not basically the same.

You are either American first or you are not American.

Though, jews are always going to be jews. Nothing is going to change that.
