Driven by both Bush administrations and heavily by Obama's with Hillary leading the charge. There was no reason that was in America's interest to destroy Iraq, Syria or Libya. Obama also supported the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. All these actions harmed the US and Europe, as was their intent.
