That person doesnt believe that is happening, they think the bank has bigger fish to fry than hurt feelings. But also, since you signed an agreement with the bank, the bank can do whatever it wants within the boundaries of that agreement, so they arent breaking the law. REEEEE, I said all I could think to say in that particular conversation and the person just couldnt see why I would even worry about those kind of things. Fuck me, I guess I shouldnt worry about that and just keep making sammiches otherwise I'll pop off.
