I'm surprised they haven't brought mad TV back. It was a career killer for many, but the good ones rebounded. Growing up in the 90s with it, while SNL slowly went down hill was great
I was there for the original SNL Not Ready for Primetime Players, Chevy, Jane, Gilda, Belushi, et.al., after them is when I think it went downhill.
The 90's did have some good stuff, In Living Color was another one.
Celebrity jeopardy and president satire was the only thing keeping it afloat.
Celebrity jeopardy
Especially the Sean Connery parody!
As far as real Celebrity Jeopardy, my favorite was watching Cheech Marin blowing everybody away, especially Anderson Cooper! 🤣
