Those sort of mail boxes are common for multi-unit housing that is developed in what was previously one or two house blocks. A dozen or so 1 or 2 bedroom apartments will be build cheaply. These are rented by low income people, disabled, single mothers, parolees, uni students etc. This is really not where the jews abide. They are in leafy suburbs, with high fences and automatic gates, you can sometimes find that weird wire that they loop around areas, something to do with not doing shit on the sabbath or something.
