In Ukraine, you are looking for family Akhmetov, but they aren't a player in the current conflict, but they are licking their lips if Russian mining oligarchs keep dying.
But you've likely never heard of the names of the largest mining stake holders like Mistakidis, or the Chinese Triad family... Xiuliang... or something like that. The Middle Eastern families all hide in Qatar shell holdings. Names in Kanji, Cyrillic and Arabic make research hard.
Basically, anyone you see worth billions is not in the running. You will not find anyone researching trillionaires for very long, but that's who you are looking for.
There's about a quadrillion in wealth stashed away. The economic system is designed to keep everyone poor and every move on the chessboard is to that effect. The Panama Papers proved that the world elite are shuffling and parking massive amounts of wealth just to keep it out of everyone else's hands.
The new economy is what the WEF refers to as the "stakeholder economy". I think of it as the "slave holder economy" but that's who you are looking for. "Stakeholders."
I don't know if they will win, but their new plan seems to imply the old guard will be moved or removed.
So, sources? I couldn't point you to any books or anything. 6th generation warfare is a rapidly changing landscape. Find the trillionaire stakeholders and that is your enemy.
House of Saud... world would improve drastically without them.
Whole World Jewish Congress... world would drastically improve without them.
The "tech glitterati"... world would drastically improve without them.
The Chinese Triads... world would drastically improve without them.
Eliminating these groups would force their masters into the light. Illumination would be the end of them.
Burning at the stake the elements in British military intelligence that are coordinating with these groups would also drag a bunch of unexpected players into the light.
