To the extent you can believe anything you hear, I think this is plausible. I think like this: the US is a vassal state of Israel. Isreal doesn't like its current location. Putin is a WEF student. He takes orders from Uncle Klaus. The war has several facets, I believe clearing it of its established residents is one. Then the jews will suddenly start moving in.

I actually thought of this when the war broke out. I was thinking that Israel might be getting ready to move out of Israel and into Ukraine.
