Very suspicious, just like the convenient fires that cleaned the land for the planned WEF 15 minute city.

A tale as old as Waterloo - speculation on real estate; land ownership being the only true measure of wealth, historically. So they destroy it with the ROI being more than the loss, or speculate the loss until the ROI again becomes a new positive for them.

Imagine if these people were honest, God fearing people, and not the blood-sucking vampires we know them to be.
