Ummmm what exactly is the legality on that one? It's condemned in various countries but freedom of religion... He'd just have to confirm that he's not actually Jewish because there is not precedent for female Circumcision in the Torah (or Talmud as far as I'm aware but that's Satanic scripture not Jewish). I say let them kill their babies and trim up their kids hoods and what have you under the 1st amendment but make them publicly proclaim their actual religion and cite whatever set of religious rules they are attempting to adhere to. Now on the other hand the vast majority of people mutilating children's genitals are not doing it under religious pretense and that's the real screwed up part. New Testament talks about circumcision of the heart and if you are Christian you should probably evaluate what the practice does to the penis and consider how to do the same to your heart. If you think the Dead Sea Scrolls have any validity the Testament of Moses speaks of circumcision being an end times point of conflict. Have a read for yourself but my interpretation is that TPTB (antiChrist) will be persecuting people with trimmed foreskins by killing adults and using science to restore the foreskin of children. At that point some people are going to be like "no thanks" and decide to fast/pray and then go die in a cave rather than face death at the hands of TPTB. God is going to respond at that point. If the Testament of Moses is legit then the circumcision thing is pivotal in the end times.
