I would say it's damaged fat/oil and sugar overload that are the two main contributors to artery damage.
Yes totally diet related. I guess what i'm saying/ agreeing is, the body's own mechanism's play a big part and directly correlates with dietary intake for 'bad cholesterol'.
HDL is supposed to remove patchwork and stuff.
LDL is supposed to patch up damage. Too much patching up, and you get a blocked artery.
Shouldn't we be concerned with why is the artery getting damaged and is in need of patching up? Don't ask questions. Just buy your big pharma pills.
