This has been around for so long, everyone should have seen it many, many times and should know it is fake (or quickly realized that it was fake if they would analyze it for just a few seconds or do a simple search about the broadcast before sharing it). It is so well-known as being fake that "Dark White Skin" itself has been a meme for years already because of this fake from 6 years ago being so obviously and easily verified as fake.
