While I would believe this to a point because the chinese do it to prisoners and falun gong, I'm not so sure about this. Plus, if this is actually happening I'll bet these organs are going to the middle east and china, the U.S is unlikely to use black market organs- but never say never, right? Organs have to be removed and packaged sterilely (sp) and also have a limited shelf life; i.e., kidneys have to be transplanted within 24 hours, stuff like that.
