Early 2000's or so iirc, when he was still getting some media time. He was like this in all his on-air interviews. Quite a thing to behold. Last i recall, him and his gf just missed being assassinated while on holiday somewhere in the bahamas or somewhere. Havent heard from him for a long while now.
