A vast network of NGOs has been deployed in the last decades all over the planet, many of them under the direct influence of George Soros' foundations, not only to impose narratives that serve local mediocracies and foreign interests in a country, but even to influence the laws that operate in the judicial structures of representative democracies.
In Venezuela, the most mediatized non-governmental organization, with the sharpest ink to create dossiers, is the Venezuelan Education-Action Program, better known by its acronym Provea. Mision Verdad has sufficiently denounced the actions of this NGO both internally and internationally.
What are its intentions, disguised as philanthropy in its version of pregnant birds? It would be necessary to know the person in question.
Who is George Soros.
We will highlight some aspects of Soros' profile to give way to his background.
Hungarian by birth, and born Gyorgy Schwartz, he lived until he was a teenager in this European country, with the "happiness" that the Wehrmacht invaded Hungary in 1944 to collaborate with the Nazis, delivering Jews to be transferred to concentration camps, helping to rob them and cataloguing their properties. He was only 14 years old.
After the Soviet victory against the Nazis in 1945, Soros went to London to study economics in the mid-1950s. There he met the philosopher Karl Popper, who would influence his libertarian vision of politics to fill the theoretical vacuum of his financial ambitions. He went into action with Singer & Friedlander bank in London, then moved to the United States to work with F.M. Mayer in New York. He then made his financial masterstroke with his own speculative foundation, Quantum Fund, which is still his main avenue of operation, but which served mainly to break sterling and thus Soros took his first billion due to the application of his maxim:
"Find a trend whose premise is false, and bet your money against it."
The deployment of his NGOs is in line with his ambitions for financial expansion, so he has based his project on concepts of society and economics in the Popperian vein, odes to representative democracies for their ability to develop to the minimum of the state and the maximum of the market.
In 1993 he founded the Open Society Institute, whose funding system became a global structure and was renamed the Open Society Foundations. After all, it is a member of the Carlyle Group, a cartel of rich people who want to get richer.

Soros himself has written and published a book in 2000 called Open Society: Reforming Global Capitalism, where he talks about the open societies he promotes with the NGO movement. The open society "has the great merit of ensuring freedom of thought and expression by giving a wide spectrum to experimentation and creativity". He is referring, of course, to those societies in which capitalist penetration has been seamless and unresisted in certain territories, where the ideal conditions are subject to what technocrats call "free markets".
Soros suggests that "the United States, the European Union, and many other parts of the world come close to being classified as open societies". Moreover, "the concepts of open society and market economy are intimately connected, and global capitalism has given us the closest thing to an open global society." The ideal open society "is open to change and improvement". In short, financial turbo-capitalism as dogma of faith.
The NGOs he finances through his foundation would be the political and legal pillars to placate a certain "market fundamentalism", as he calls it. Democracy without a protectionist state would be an image to create "the laws and institutions that would be necessary for the coexistence of the plethora of individuals and the multiplicity of communities, a global society could arrive".
THE OPEN SOCIETY CONSIGNS FINANCIAL TURBO-CAPITALISM AS A DOGMA OF FAITH
Apart from all the pitfalls of capitalist invasion in a "virgin" territory, destined exclusively to the extraction of raw materials such as Latin American countries or of industrialized semi-feuds such as the nations of Eastern Europe, which we know well, the rhetoric propagated in those areas infected by NGOs with Open Society Foundations checks is that Soros' people have this "ethic" of the bad State against good citizenship and the separation of powers, typical ideological mirages of the defenders of representative democracy, or of what is left of it in the world.
A society that includes unscrupulous individuals, open to the market (controlled by Anglo-Saxon corporations and banks, nothing to do with the Brics or other alternatives) and with the culturicide of entire peoples and regions behind as a broken landscape. That is the real image of the open society.
The structural scope of Open Society-funded NGOs
It was not by chance that Putin expelled Soros' foundation from Russian soil in 2003. Because the goal of the serial speculator is to "strengthen an open global society", for which he has his star organizations International Crisis Group, a think-tank recognized for its reports on extreme situations and chaos in war zones, and Human Rights Watch, Provea's big brother.
Soros says that societies have to homologate to a single global one, "it has to be global in scope and it has to be able to have an impact on how governments and international institutions conduct themselves". The benefit, of course, goes not to the 99% of the population, but to the remaining few.
Open Society, a group of foundations and autonomous organizations in more than 50 countries, is the institutional antecedent of Soros' "aid" for trying to implode former Soviet and Eastern European countries (Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Poland), and whose NGOs would embed themselves in countries like Latvia and Georgia, as researcher Phil Butler relates, where Soros' foundations "operate like any Soros investment fund. Target, invest, and gather more investors, to control until the project matures."
The color revolution in Macedonia, attempts to set up a Nazi Ukraine to invade Putin's Russia under the table, and even the use of NGOs - with which Soros supports big business, the mainstay of which is the Natural Resoruce Governance Institute - to stop the construction of pipelines and dams that suit China and Myanmar and not his investors, are some ongoing historical examples of how NGOs operate with this vision of open society.
After Soros donated a millionaire to Human Rights Watch, this institution sought to prosecute Colonel Gaddafi at the international level, just as it did with Milosevic for "war crimes" and "crimes against humanity" for the Kosovo case. An extensive campaign was deployed and both countries, Libya and Yugoslavia, were undermined and bombed by NATO.
Open Society has a common project for Latin America and the Caribbean, with a single office in Brazil in charge of coordinating the deployment of its NGOs throughout the region. The objective is based on neoliberalization from Cape San Roman to Tierra del Fuego with Soros' financial insertions: a society open to the pockets of the financiers of world chaos. It is not for nothing that the "Venezuelan" Moisés Naím, a globalized fascist, who proclaims the "end of power" as a euphemism for globalist insertion throughout the planet, is part of the international directive.
So the balkanization of the world is a leitmotiv for Soros. Hence his proven alliance with the CIA to destabilize Europe, involved in the so-called "refugee crisis". Together with his think-tanks, with the concept of "open borders" under his arm, Soros has been a financier of the Merkel Plan for the migration problem that Europe has been facing for years.
Soros, faced with the serious decadence of the financial world, kicks the bucket and redefines his policies in favor of chaos, where he feels safe to generate more profits, and supported by these NGOs that he himself defines from his financial movements. In the end, he is a speculator with a deep pocket, a manipulator of counterfeit currencies.
