Btw, there is another biblical figure who rebelled against God like this... Their children were known as the nephilim. God killed them all. There were tribes who rebelled against God like this and God ordered them all genocided; and the Israelites failed to do so.

I'd imagine if God wanted a particular people gone, their bloodline would cease. Entirely.
God commanded the Israelites to destroy the Canaanites or they'd be a thorn in their side until the end days. The Israelites were to kill every man, woman and child. To take none as slaves or concubines. The Israelites didn't listen. This is why jews exist. It really goes back to the garden of Eden. The bloodline of the serpent; the bloodline of Cain. God will wipe out their bloodline in the end.
I thought these were the ones that fornicated with angels?
