The chocolate containing heavy metals was apparently news just recently too, yet I'd known it for a while, for years. Also only one of those is about food spice, the rest are about herbal remedies etc. which are different.

The heavy metal in dark chocolate is literally because of the way the chocolate is produced. It is not added. Either way all this old information is just distractions. Similar to when the data is first available. Death by a Thousand Cuts Distractions.
