After complaining to my bank for sending my car title back to the dmv after paying off my car loan instead of to me, making me pay to get title back. The bank has messed with my account over and over. Wrong address, no updates on account sometimes for a week, sending bank cards to those wrong addresses. Always something. Excuse after excuse.
