There’s only one way to fix that issue. If the law, mayors, can’t do it and the DA, judges don’t want to do it. Even though law and justice is their job. Then some justice will need to come from something else. I suppose the situation will need to fall further into degeneracy for people to start dealing Justice outside of the failed system.
