"cancer" is natural but when the body is functioning improperly the cells no longer are destroyed / consumed / gotten rid of (however you'd like to describe it) at the end of their lives, they instead grow and collect and form a malignancy. "cancer cells" aren't a thing, they're your cells, human cells, go ahead and develop something that destroys "cancer cells", WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG?
