Tend to agree, there are differences in the before and after that do not match with these being the same person. Ears, hair, jaw, cheeks, neck thickness, etc. If it is the result of plastic surgery, it's extensive plastic surgery, over several years. The "after" photo also appears to be about 10 years younger than the before.
