All sugar alternatives are arguably worse than sugar (which is also terrible, stop eating it.) For example, aspartame causes brain cancer. All those tabs and diet cokes people drink are horrible.
saying all sweeteners are bad because one of them is bad is as stupid as saying all food is bad because some food is toxic. There are dozens of artificial sweeteners and they are all entirely different chemicals.
They are absolutley NOT worse than sugar. That is propaganda, probably paid for by the same people puttling all that sugar into all the food you eat.
Except its not just one that's bad. I just gave one example. All of the popular artificial sweeteners such as sweet n low, Splenda, stevia, aspartame, saccharine, etc are just as bad as sugar. And the fact that people think artificial sweeteners have no side effects is what makes it worse, because they then use it in overdrive. At least with sugar, people know its bad.
As for it being propaganda, I have seen artificial sweeteners give cancer just like sugar does. Brain cancer. Since then, I cut out all sweets, don't eat sugar and kill my own meat. Might have a bite of pie during the Christmas season and Easter, but that's it.
