1) israel is like a hideout. It's the last place you run to when you fuck up so badly, or your cover is blown, that the rest of the world won't have you and you have to run. Jeff Epstein didn't kill himself. Hell, he isn't even dead. He's sipping ma-tais on the beach in Tel-Aviv.
2) There's not nearly enough goyim for all the jews in israel to jew on a daily basis. A parasite needs hosts, and a successful parasite knows not to infest one host to much.
