So it came from Press TV (presstv.ir) (obviously), but I can't find anything dated more recently than ~7 years ago for Rhonda Pence. Cross-indexing shows almost nothing. She did work there, but apparently she does a lot of reporting from Wash. D.C. for other news companies too, for stuff related to indians and muslims.
A reverse image search from a screencap here goes nowhere. Without digging deeper, there's no link out there. Tried yandex, searx, and some others.
I got nothing. There may not be any more where this came from, unless it's incidental. Dunno.
