Jesus was himself a Hebrew and an Israelite. He was never a Jew nor claimed to be one. Jesus religion was Hebrewism. He directly rebukes the Jews for their corruptions and lies of lineage. To which you reply, "I guess he was a Jew and I only believe jews, and they are saying the same thing."

You don't even realize the messianic implications here, by pretending he wasn't a jew, btw... If he wasn't a jew, then jews didn't kill the prophesied messiah that he was supposed to be...
You don't want to go there, medieval guys certainly got the same idea before you both (to claim that jesus wasn't a jew after all), and they decided to ditch it, because they certainly realized it wasn't exactly a good deal in the end... But that's just my opinion. I mean it's not like it's some sort of ground breaking new idea
