A few quick searches showed the same bridge with the same model train on articles back in 1999. I need to find a link to the sweet next.

Seems they would have no problem photoshopping that in. Devils advocate, maybe the older picture is the doctored picture. I would like to see an old news source to confirm.

I found something from 2014, although the pic seems to be older than that. Be warned there are other pictures some with dismembered bodies.
