Remember a few years back, I think this was before Trump's presidency or early into it, Kanye was on tour, doing a concert, and suddenly he stops the show, and goes on this long rant about the industry. He never names the jew, he keeps saying "fuck you radio", I wonder if he was talking about the radio industry or if "radio" was a stand-in term for some other entity.
After this meltdown, Kanye disappeared for a few days. Then, his "personal trainer" (handler) comes out and says "Yeah he's fine, he was having a mental thing, he's getting help now, it's all good". Then the next time he is seen in public, he's with Kim Kardashian at some Hollywood event, wearing white contact lenses and seeming very subdued.
I suspect he was taken in for reconditioning, and that this wasn't the first time it happened. Remember Hurricane Katrina? Remember when Kanye and Michael Myers were supposed to be begging for donations on live TV, but Kanye suddenly blurted out "George Bush doesn't care about black people!" Then, he sort of vanished for a while, probably being reconditioned, and then he's wheeled back out.

And IIRC, Monarch was the MK Ultra program focused around producing celebrities who would be submissive sex slaves, as well as submissive money makers/launderers.
