The Germans were very efficient. They were fighting a war on two fronts. If they really wanted to just "kill all jews", they wouldn't have bothered with train rides, or shaved heads, or tattooed arms, or gas chambers or any of that stuff. They would've grouped them, then lined them up, then put a bullet to the base of the skull of every one of them where they stood.
