Although this reads as if they are planning to rid themselves of their vicious hatred for non-jews (Loxism), of course it will be completely focused on stopping people from reacting to the noxious and corrosive behavior of jews. It is like the movie Mars Attacks when the Martians shout “Don’t run, we are your friends!” as they try to exterminate the humans
