I remember that might have happened when corporate american was controlled by dr evil. He had a plan to push into the market Tidybowl with real tiny little blue steamboats. What they didn't reveal was that the little boats were nuclear powered. The plan was have enough people flush at once then the boats moving in the bowls moved so fast they cause black holes to open under everyone's asses and our souls would be sucked through the holes into hell. I can't remember what happened after I saw the steam though, so this could be only speculation.
