Genuine question: What's the matter with Cloudflare other than it's located in San Francisco? I'm not very tech literate so what is the problem(s) with it? I didn't know that RODOH banned/prohibited VPNs. Perhaps it's to prevent anonymous disruptors. I'll ask Scott, the guy who runs the site.
