Apr. 21, 2022 Treasury Secretary (((Janet Yellen))) unveiled a host of new sanctions targeting Russia on Wednesday but wheeling-and-dealing Russian-Jewish oligarch (((Roman Abramovich))) was notably missing from the list. Yellen said a month ago Abramovich "could" face sanctions and she would "certainly" not take it "off the table" in the future but no sanctions have been forthcoming. Abramovich was filmed fleeing to Israel on March 14 after the war broke out. The Chairman of Israel's Holocaust museum Yad Vashem, Dani Dayan, last month personally lobbied US officials to keep Abramovich off the sanctions list by telling them it would hurt donations.
