No, it didn't. Not only did I not know he was Jewish I didn't even know who he was until yesterday. And the spelling doesn't mean anything because I have a buddy named Jon and he is definitely not Jewish. I even called him to confirm. He said he does not even know any Jewish people.
So anyway, perhaps we can just let my ignorance of this guy go.
