yes but they just changed the terminology... pedophiles adapted and learned they could just register as a 'gay couple looking to adopt' and liberal govts would issue them children to molest. The current foster kid program even offers a no questions asked return policy for gay couples that like to molest multiple new kids every year while getting paid.
