Goy means nation, so by extension yeah, goy/goyim implies non jew/non jews. But I've never enjoyed being a called a goy by a (supposed) white. Never been called a goy by a jew IRL, btw. I've always found that suspicious when supposedly real natsocs/ethnats on voat called me or anybody else a goy/goyim.
