I think conservatives started to love Israel because it is the only “White “country in the Middle East and because Israel is the Christian holy land. And by nature of the liberals existence, they oppose anything conservatives do whether it’s right or wrong or whether they agree or not. So the liberals took the opposing stance and play pretend that they hate Israel, when they are really in Israel’s pocket
Also, Israel ownership of govt would be too obvious for many people if both parties constantly sucked Israel’s dick, even though they kind of already do.
