The parent site: https://newadvent.org is a treasure trove of council and Church Father documents; they're located other places, but New Advent tends to have the best overall searchable collection. The only down side is they don't have anything in PDF format, so if you want that the best thing is to find the document you want on NA and search the PDF elsewhere. Having the PDF is handy for long docs like Augustine's City of God, for instance.
