A lot of practices have existed in certain cultures throughout human history (serial killing, self-mutilation, human sacrifice)—but that is a weak argument for normalizing it in this present society. This guy should invent a time machine and go back in time with his book to 1970’s Italian-American Brooklyn and see how many fragments the baseball bats can make of his skull.
