This is why some kike account the other day was arguing with me that the phytoestrogens in legumes were meaningless and fine because you get hormones in meats too and even breast milk. legumes are INSANELY unhealthy. But that extends to plants in general. You should eat SOME plants. But not NEARLY as much as (((dieticians))) tell you to.

The best sources of carbs are Honey, Sugar and white Rice (white rice is the supreme rice) The best sources of fiber are cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower etc.) as they are high in ... Indole-3-carbinol which is an anti-estrogen.

In general though fruits and veggies are full of phytates and phytates are anti-nutrients. White Rice isn't because of it's processing. One of the very few things that gain from processing.
