Let me weigh in for a sec. The bottom left panel alone should've been enough to tell you this is fake as fuck. The U.S. Army hasn't used BDUs since 2005 when they transitioned to the ACUs. The picture also says "US army private". It's hard to tell in that shitty picture, but it looks like he's got the Specialist rank on his collar, so..... not a private. So either that picture is at least 15 years old, or he's not a private in the US Army, making that panel alone fake as fuck.
